2. Eligibility

• To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Have an active FiLi SMM account.
  • Not be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and maintain it throughout your participation in the Program.

3. Account Setup

• Upon registration, you will receive access to the FiLi SMM child panel platform.
• You can create and manage multiple customer accounts within your child panel. These customers can place orders for SMM services.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account login details. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately to FiLi SMM.

4. Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for managing the orders, payments, and customer interactions within your child panel.
• You must ensure that all services promoted through your child panel comply with FiLi SMM laws, including but not limited to advertising, data protection, and intellectual property laws.
• You agree not to mislead or deceive customers in any manner regarding the services provided by FiLi SMM.

5. Commission and Payments

• You will earn via providing your pricing on our pricing based on the services purchased by your clients via the child panel.
• Earning percentage or fixed rates are determined by you and are subject to change at any time. As a main panel we can change our rates anytime without informing you of any changes via email or within the child panel dashboard.
• All payments for services must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Any refund claims made by your customers may affect your earning and you will be liable to pay the same from your desired payment methods, at FiLi SMM's discretion.

6. Payment Disputes and Refund Policy

• Refunds to customers are subject to the discretion of FiLi SMM based on the deliverability and quality of services. If a service is undeliverable, FiLi SMM will issue a refund to the reseller's account.
• In the event of customer disputes, you must liaise with FiLi SMM for resolution. Any chargebacks or refund requests processed to a payment method may impact your earning and reputation.

7. Child Panel Usage Guidelines

• You are permitted to use your child panel to resell FiLi SMM’s services to third-party customers. However, you are authorized to sub-license, transfer, or sell the services directly to any other affiliates or child panels outside the Program.
• You must not engage in deceptive marketing practices or any action that could damage the reputation or credibility of FiLi SMM.
• You agree not to use automated methods (e.g., bots, scripts) to generate fake traffic or manipulate systems to artificially inflate your sales.

8. Termination of Account

• FiLi SMM reserves the right to terminate or suspend your child panel account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program.
  • Failure to comply with Indian laws or any applicable regulations.
• In case of termination, any outstanding commissions or payments will be settled as per FiLi SMM’s policies.

9. Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to:
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or any other illegal or unethical marketing tactics.
  • Mislead or deceive customers regarding the nature of services.
  • Manipulate systems to generate false or artificial sales or traffic.
  • Use FiLi SMM’s platform or services for any unlawful purpose.

10. Confidentiality

• You agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information related to FiLi SMM's business, including pricing, customer data, or service details.
• Sharing of confidential data with third parties is strictly prohibited, unless required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

• FiLi SMM’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Program, including but not limited to financial loss, legal issues, or disputes with your customers.

12. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold FiLi SMM harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the child panel, including any legal costs incurred due to non-compliance with these Terms or applicable Indian laws.

13. Modifications to Terms

• FiLi SMM reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any updates may be or may not be posted within the child panel dashboard or communicated to you via email. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on FiLi SMM website.

1. As a user, if you accept the terms and conditions of FiLi SMM it means by default, you agrees to privacy policies, disclaimer and other related policies mentioned in the footer of FiLi SMM website under support links. 
2. FiLi SMM may change, modify or amend the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The amended version of Privacy Policy shall immediately be effective after it is posted on website.
