Refund Policy

FiLi SMM acts solely as an intermediary between you and the service providers listed on our website. Refunds are determined at the discretion of the service provider, and typically, no refunds are issued to your payment method. We recommend using your balance for orders placed through FiLi SMM. If an order placed on the website is undeliverable, you are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to your FiLi SMM account.

1. FiLi SMM provides intangible goods and services. As such, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, any refund requests will be credited to your FiLi SMM wallet, which you can use for future orders. All refund requests will be declined.

2. Since FiLi SMM offers non-tangible, irrevocable products, we do not issue refunds once the order has been completed and the product delivered. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise in relation to the nature of the products we provide.

3. By completing a payment, you agree not to initiate any disputes or chargebacks against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback after making a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders, block your access to our site, and remove any followers or likes delivered to your or your client's Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.

4. Orders placed in FiLi SMM panel will not be refunded or canceled after orders are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your FiLi SMM wallet if the order is non-deliverable. Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every aspect before placing the order.

5. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions. Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.

FiLi SMM is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.

NOTE :

1. As a user, if you accept the terms and conditions of FiLi SMM it means by default, you agrees to privacy policies, disclaimer and other related policies mentioned in the footer of FiLi SMM website under support links. 
2. FiLi SMM may change, modify or amend the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The amended version of Privacy Policy shall immediately be effective after it is posted on website.
